I had been shopping for a Honda Odyssey for almost 5 months. Everytime I found one it was gone before I got there. Until I found Back Roads Automotive. The initial phone call made me fell comfortable even though it was close to closing time. I received a follow-up text the same night. When I arrived, the 1st. thing my wife noticed were the flowers. She was sold. I was then genuinely greeted. No fake stuff, by a sales man named Spencer. He was soooo chill. No rush, no pressure. Just real. I was surprised and pleased at the same time because that's hard to find these days. Very clean dealership. They actually had 3 cars for me to choose from and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at the price I could afford. The sales manager, Jim and finance manager Brian were up front, honest and great to work with. Hats off to Back Roads Automotive 👏

I saw positive reviews online with photos, I saw the car I was looking for on their website, and I came in, and bought my car! For me, it was a clear cut and easy decision at this dealership, as I already knew what I wanted to get. The first thing that I did after purchasing my Subaru was take it straight to a Subaru dealership for post purchase inspection. I attached the photos of their analysis, as that is something I would desire to see in a review myself. NOTE: I purchased this vehicle knowing of the TPMS issue, and an A/C issue, so those were expected maintenance items. Other than this, only routine maintenance is remaining, and the steering rack issue is a known problem documented in Subaru Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 04-17-17R). That being said, from the Subaru dealership, they have noted to me that i am well good to drive my vehicle as is and replace it in several thousand miles. I purchased this vehicle below the recommended selling price of about $18,500, for $17,500 (before dealer fees and warranty). That's good chunk of change that is helping pay for the recommended repairs. Overall, i am very happy with my purchase, the car is in an honest condition with only normal preventative maintenance, documented, or known problems behind it. No surprises discovered on a used car is a good day in my book! Thank you so much Paul for letting me take it on a long test drive! That really made the difference in me leaving out the door with it!

If it was possible to give BackRoads Auto a high 10 Star would be given. I went with my son to look at a couple used cars on their lot. I must say the most annoying part when going to a car lot is being hounded by everyone to ask if we needed help with anything. I was very pleased that we were giving a moment to walk around to see the several cars that my son was interested in by ourselves. It was definitely a pleasure to be greeted by Adam, top notch car salesman. He was very professional walking up to us and asked if there was any questions that he could assist us with. That was the beginning of our amazing experience with this establishment. Every employee was very kind and personable. We felt very comfortable while waiting and completing the whole process for my son to purchase his new 2024 Honda Civic.
