These guys are TOP NOTCH. Paul and the staff were great once again. Brian was definitely very helpful in making decisions. We never felt pressured speaking with him. Paul was great he let us take our time he wasn’t over our shoulders trying to push anything we gave him our price range and he showed us what he had. I recently bought a 2015 Tacoma, after a few days, the transmission fluid coils started to leak. However My warranty wouldn’t cover the damage, BackRoads Auto Covered the $450 repair cost and I had my vehicle fixed and returned within 24 hours. I would just like to praise the owner (Mr.Brian) and the staff for running such a wonderful and reliable lot and of course going above and beyond to take care of my situation. A very Special thanks to Taylor (sales associate) as well for helping me find my dream vehicle and making sure everything was perfect before I signed. Taylor was very hands on with my transmission leak as well, making the entire process as stress free and easy as possible. Any future vehicles I plan on buying will be through BackRoads auto, as well as referring this lot to everyone I know who’s looking for a vehicle.
