After serving in the US Navy, Brian settled in Hampton Roads and received his Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University. Jim has been in the industry since he was 16 years old. He was a Chevrolet/GMC Franchise Dealer for 16 years between Kitty Hawk, North Carolina and Franklin, Virginia. Paul has been in the car industry as a salesman and as a manager since 1989, however in 2001 he took a break from that field to be closer with his family. He then worked in the medical field for 20 years and has recently made his way back to the car industry in June of 2022 and is a phenomenal employee. Tammy joined us on January 13th, 2023. She has been in the car industry for over 30 years as a Controller, working with finances and overseeing the company. She has a husband, daughter, and a grandson whom she is very close with. She enjoys watching Auto Racing and sitting by the pool with a cold drink.

Patty comes from a small town. She left Madison South Dakota in 1996 to come to Hampton Roads to pursue her medical training. She's lived in Great Bridge for over 20 years with her husband and daughter. She's a great asset to our team here at Back Roads Auto as our title clerk. Working with DMV's across the nation is serious business. You may notice all the window boxes and borders with beautiful flowers. She takes care of those as well as helping us clean/organize. In her spare time, she loves to read, craft and for the past year has been strength training. We are very lucky to have her help in many areas of our business!

Troy is the newest member to the team as of January 23rd, 2023 as our photographer for the company. He went to Tidewater Community College for Network Administration, but recently realized he has always had a bigger passion for the art of photography. With 7 years of photography experience and a sharp eye, he is a great addition to the team. He understands the importance a great photo can have and takes pride in being able to provide phenomenal images.

Working on cars has been a passion of Caleb's since he was a freshman in high school. Over the years, he's enjoyed figuring out issues large and small. His favorite vehicle was his 1988 BMW. He has a huge amount of training and experience at both Nissan and Honda dealers. We are very fortunate he has brought his high level of knowledge to our team. He works hard to ensure our vehicles are in great shape for our Back Roads Automotive customers. He married his best friend Alezia last year and together they have Daisy. She's a loved pit bull and boxer mix. Caleb enjoys ultimate frisbie, disc golf and watching his favorite baseball team - the Mets!

Nick Mooney - Technician

After attending military school, graduating high school one year early and going to college for cyber security, he was ready for a new challenge. His education and interest in technology continues to improve each day. It's helpful because vehicles are packed with great technology and features! In his spare time he loves to surf and skim board.
